Privacy and artwork rights
Last updated November 2026. This page explains what happens to your information when you use the Salsa Apparel website.
What this website collects
This website has no customer accounts and no database. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
- Quote requests are sent through WhatsApp. When you tap a WhatsApp button, the site prepares a message with the details you entered. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages you send there.
- Email: if you email us at [email protected], we receive what you send.
Uploaded logos and designs
- Logos you upload in the online customizer are processed only inside your own browser to show them on the preview. They are not uploaded to our servers or any other server.
- If you use "Save on this device", your design is stored in your browser on that device only. Uploaded logo files are not saved. You can delete saved data by clearing your browser's site data.
- To order, you send us your design image and logo files yourself through WhatsApp or email.
How we use what you send us
We use the details, designs and artwork you send only to prepare your quote, produce your order and contact you about it. We do not sell your information.
Artwork and trademark rights
By sending us logos, trademarks, team names or other artwork, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them on your products. We may decline orders that appear to use third-party trademarks or protected artwork without permission.
Design previews
Product images in the online customizer are design previews (illustrations), not photographs of finished garments. Colors displayed on screen may vary slightly from the final printed fabric due to screen settings and printing conditions. Final artwork is confirmed with you before production.
